New Game Show Remotely Funny Begins on February 13 on CBBC

New game show hosted by Finnish Youtuber Sara Forsberg, Remotely Funny, begins on February 13 at 15:55 on CBBC. 20 episodes were commissioned and is likely to air every weekday at this time until March 10.

Remotely Funny will air in the timeslot currently filled by Lost & Found Music Studios, which will move to weekly at 16:30. Fellow game show Top Class also aired at this time back in September last year.

The show connects 3 contestants from up and down the UK in their homes using webcams. Each episode will have questions, challenges and games based on a specific country. Episode 1’s country is Italy. They win points known as ‘Samojis’. A preview clip of the show has also been released on CBBC’s Youtube channel:

Sara has over 870,000 subscribers on Youtube, and a large online fanbase. So this show may prove to be popular for CBBC. She isn’t the only Youtuber CBBC are using for a host, Ali-A’s Superchargers was also recently announced starring Youtubers Ali-A and Lord Aleem.

Remotely Funny is produced by Twenty Twenty Kids for CBBC and will air every weekday at 15:55
